Palazzo Michelangelo is a private apartment where one or more bedrooms are made available to guests; the kitchen cannot be used for meals.
CHECK-IN
Check-in at Palazzo is allowed from 15:00 to 23:00.
Upon arrival, guests are kindly requested to provide identification for the completion of the registration form. They will also receive the keys to their room and the external gate.
The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival and will not be refunded in case of early departure. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or, for stays longer than 6 days, by bank transfer.
The agreed-upon price for the stay at Palazzo includes the use of the room, bathroom, and swimming pool, as well as breakfast, supply of towels and linens, use of the TV and air conditioner, and all bathroom accessories.
ROOM CLEANING
Room cleaning is carried out daily, towels are changed every 3 days, and bed linen is changed every 4 days.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am daily to allow for daily cleaning and tidying. Cleaning is not guaranteed if the room is not vacated by this time.
Please arrange your personal belongings to allow for daily room cleaning.
We recommend a proper and considerate use of the toilet facilities, avoiding the disposal of anything in the toilet (use the provided bins).
Furthermore, we kindly request that you do not place your laundry on the balcony glass but rather use the designated drying racks.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 10:00.
We kindly request our guests to notify us in advance of any allergies and/or dietary intolerances.
SWIMMING POOL
The use of the swimming pool is allowed from 09:00 to 19:30.
The outdoor area surrounding the pool, on the other hand, is accessible without time limits.
PAID SERVICES
Each room is equipped with a minibar stocked with beverages and snacks.
The consumption of these products incurs an additional cost that will be charged at the end of your stay (SEE PRICE LIST).
You can request the preparation of small snacks (sandwiches, paninis, salads) by the staff to enjoy in common areas or to take with you outside the premises.
It is also possible to book lunches or dinners within the Palazzo, by notifying the staff in advance.
Additional linen kits can be requested for an extra charge.
- Bathroom towel kit for two people: 10.00 euros;
- Beach/pool towel: 3.00 euros;
- Double bed sheet kit: 20.00 euros;
- Single bed sheet kit: 10.00 euros.
CHECK-OUT
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for new arrivals.
A check-out after this time will result in an additional night's charge.
At the end of your stay, please return the room keys.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It is always prohibited to prepare meals in the rooms, as well as to store and consume food purchased outside the premises.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Diving into the pool and playing with balls or similar objects is not allowed for your safety; please always enter from the stair side.
It is not permitted to connect any personal appliances to the electrical system, except for electric razors, hair straighteners, and similar devices in the bathroom outlets.
Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. In any case, maintain behavior that does not disturb others' tranquility at any time of the day.
Each guest is responsible for reimbursing any damage caused to the property and for the improper use of additional amenities.
Please remember to turn off the lights in the rooms, air conditioners, and other devices when you are not in the room.
We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings left unattended in the rooms or common areas.
We do not take responsibility for any disruptions due to the total or partial lack of electrical supply, water, or internet connection beyond our control.
For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to bring other people inside the Palazzo at any time.
There are no specific entry and exit hours for the facility; guests can come and go as they please.
